Appeal for further information regarding dog owner- Clemson's Park |

Recently we have received a third party report of a dog and its owner behaving in an anti-social manner on Clemson's Park over the course of several days.
The male is said to have been sat on one of the benches at the top of Clemson's Park, near to the school, with his dog, which was seemingly being instructed or trained to bite low tree branches. This has caused some concern for park users, although it has not been reported to Police.
